Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet pigs. 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Self contained detached building with private parking, large open planned space with kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor area. 7 minutes from Junction 28 M5 junction and 20 minutes from Exeter. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. Exeter 10 miles.
