We offer a self contained space with a gas hob if required (additional cost) with basic utensils, a separate bed, seating area & private bathroom. Too tired to cook .. utilise our on site takeaway, certified kitchen & occasional BBQ. Allocated off road Parking for 1 car.

Situated in a small woodland on a small local village farm, offering privacy and peaceful surroundings: This Bus is still road worthy and drivable. It’s kitted with the necessary amenities and has a fixed double bed with a U shaped seating area which converts into another double. There’s a foldable dining table that can be placed in the seating area or outside. Outside there is a lorry tyre table and a bbq fire pit and seating. The area has many eating options & Skegness is 30mins away.

She has tea and coffee making equipment and fresh milk in the electric cool box. A fully equipped campfire for cooking out doors. We provide bed linen but bring your own towels. The lovely clean toilet block is a short walk away and there are phone charging points.
