You will have privacy because we don’t book the Cottage and Wedding at the same time.. Plenty free parking . Comes with one double bed, couch and chair, cabinets with sink and some dishes. Also microwave and fridge and TV with WiFi and spectrum. One mile from town with several fast food restaurants. 10 miles from the Big Thicket National Preserve.

Located in Beaumont's Dowlen West, you will be centrally located close to several restaurants and other shops you may visit while in town. Roger's Park is within walking distance or you can travel a couple of miles to the Hike and Bike trail if you are looking to get out and get some exercise. This single-story townhome is open and gives you the space you need to make you feel comfortable while in town.

A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.
