Prohibido fumar en la casa. Prohibido animales (gatos,perros).

It has supermarkets and restaurants near by as well as bus lines that connect you to Plaza Mayor or Sol in less than 10 minutes. For reservations of 3 and 4 persons, the second bed is provided. Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
