Located near Rosemary and Seaside on the far west end of PCB, this home has special details that make it very warm and inviting. On the quiet west end of the beach in a residential area, away from the heavy tourist area. About 5 miles to Pier Park shopping and restaurants. Cute, comfortable house with two bedrooms, two baths, 3 tv’s! Master bedroom has king bed and attached bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Hall bath is just outside queen BR door. Large living and dining area! Lovely patio with pergola in the fully fenced back yard. A grill for your cookouts! Most dogs allowed with fee. No cats. Minimum age of renters: 25

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

Nestled in Laguna Beach 300 steps to 2 beautiful beach accesses & a ten minute drive to trendy 30A, this little old beach cottage is so cosy & peaceful. A screened front porch for your morning coffee or afternoon nap & a back porch for dining under the lights. An outdoor shower with hot & cold water. This little place is old and quirky but the AC is new and the charm & location can't be beat! I travel for work and with notice may be in the guest house which is not rented out to others.
