Fully fenced rural site 2 mins from Princes Hwy, 20-25 minutes to Jervis Bay beaches, walks, villages, great views, shopping and dining. Small (no kitchen) but well equipped, incl separate bedroom, full bathroom (NB: SHOWER OVER BATH), compact sitting room, secure gated deck, lawn, al fresco setting, BBQ. October is whale time! This eco friendly studio space in Kioloa is the closest private accommodation to Pretty Beach, with Murramarang National Park as your next-door neighbour! This is the last house on the street before the national park. Only minutes to Pretty Beach, Merry Beach, and Kioloa Beach. The studio is perfect for couples as a cosy retreat from the city. Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.

Hakuna Matata - a little seaside getaway for two

Welcome to Hakuna Matata, a cosy, well-appointed guest studio in the quiet and lovely Narrawallee - a 3hr drive south of Sydney. Our guest studio is an Adults Only space that accommodates 2 people with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage for luggage, a comfortable sitting area, tea/coffee making facilities, private courtyard, BBQ, and kitchenette. Walking distance away is Narrawallee beach, and the inlet, a tranquil lake, popular for kayaking and Stand Up Paddling (SUP).

Stroll 800m to Narrawallee beach (down Matron Porter drive then right at victor ave) or head a little further to Mollymook beach where you'll find Bannisters Pavillion, supermarket, deli and bakery.

A perfect space just for one, a couple or small family with an infant. Ideal for travellers, short stays, for business people and local vistors. When you don’t need extra rooms to be on holdiays or to rest up and be comfortable. Little Loralyn Studio is a fully equipped small place with a private enclosed courtyard and outdoor area, located across the road from the waterways of St Georges Basin. Funky cabin by the beach

The large living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, table with chairs, lounge/TV area, electric piano, a closet, and a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single on the top. The private bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The cabin is on the property of our grandparents’ house, which is sometimes occupied by family or rented out on Airbnb. The garden and barbecue area are therefore shared.

Pa's Place

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please

Manyana Light House- 50m to beach

Our family home is located in the perfect spot next to Manyana Beach. Situated on a beautiful, quiet and leafy position on Sunset Strip. We enjoy beach views and a very flat 50m walk to the sand from our backyard gate. Surrounded by dog friendly beaches and fully fenced yard.
