Casa Garza es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y a una zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es una edificación antigua y esto es lo que ha permitido su excelente ubicación y su carácter. Es ideal para relajarse y no hacer nada y para usarla de base para ir a recorrer esta isla tan bonita.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

We set up our cozy apartment “Villa Aqua” with one thing in mind, to create a space we’d love to stay in; with a comfortable sofa, spacious bed, rainfall shower, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing decor and a private covered terrace along with all the basics you need (Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, body wash, shampoo…) and the not-so-basics such as beach chairs, mats, towels and umbrella. Durch die großen Panaromafenster ist man hier vollständig von der Natur umgeben und doch für sich allein. Sogar vom Bad aus kann man in einen separaten Garten treten und durch die Oberlichter leuchten nachts die Sterne.
