The church has been fully renovated to provide an unique and unforgettable stay for up to 5 people. Fantastic range of restaurants, shops and pubs, all on the door step. Perfectly located to explore some of south Derbyshires most beautiful sights, Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold, Donington Race track are all nearby.

Spacious and well thought of space is equipped with all you need, situated in the most beautiful part of Nottingham, walking distance of : train station, independent shops, food and drinks venues, Motorpoint Arena, the Theatre Royal, the Nottingham caves, Galleries of Justice, cinemas, museums. 20 minutes away from the Nottingham Forest stadium or the Trent Bridge cricket ground. Recent addition of super comfortable large sofa bed.

The Willows - Hillside Huts - *brand-new August 2025* Our charming, The Willows Hut, is our latest addition, joining The Oaks Hut on our smallholding in rural Derbyshire. With a shared driveway, its own dedicated parking & private enclosed garden, it is situated in a secluded spot enjoying stunning countryside views. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets as you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Bring your wellies! There are many countryside walks from the from the doorstep!

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Lovely 1 bedroom loft in Woodthorpe/Loughborough

This lovely open plan loft apartment is in Woodthorpe, a charming hamlet on the outskirts of Loughborough. A five minute drive to Loughborough or the University. The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

Come and spend time in our beautiful Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema. Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.
