Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

Located in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living, but still close enough to cities. When you first arrive, you will find the entrance on a large, covered patio. There is a gas grill there for your use. We also have a fire pit, so bring wood. Feel free to take a walk down to the river at the bottom of our property. There you will find a park like setting where you can relax and listen to nature if you like. Wi-Fi and on-site illuminated parking available as well. A window A/C unit (added 8/25) helps keep the 2nd story space cool during summer months. W/D svc available on stays over 5 days. The salon generally closes at 6 p.m. T-Th so there will be no traffic or noise after that time. The salon is also closed Sunday and Monday.
