We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. TM is horse friendly w/stalls & arena, contact us for more information.

The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat.

Dog welcomed $100 pet fee. 2 story home The cottage is minutes walk to downtown Fredericksburg restaurant, shops, bars, distilleries, and tastings rooms. Also, we are a 10 to 15 minutes drive from multiple vineyards & tastings rooms. Enjoy the Windmill Cabin, which offers updated style with quiet, countryside living. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a perfect getaway. Use the Wi-fi to stay connected or unplug and enjoy the serenity and quiet. Watch DVDs or streaming services on the big screen TV or move outdoors and enjoy the ‘really big’ natural spaces with amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. Laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and is large enough for storage needs.

Rest easy at this luxurious and unique historic 1850’s log cabin. Minutes from Willow City Loop & Enchanted Rock. This comfy cabin is quiet, and peaceful. Historical Fredericksburg is a scenic 20 minute drive and after a day of wine tours, shopping or hiking, the cabins’ 66” Copper Tub will be waiting for a relaxing bath. Nature awaits behind the private security gates for taking a leisurely walk on the half mile “driveway” or venture out on country roads and enjoy the wildlife.

The Gumbo Getaway on CherryMountain/Pets stay FREE

The Gumbo Getaway is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin with a king bed and a full sofa sleeper in the living room. Our cabin was built in 2021. We welcome our guests to come enjoy our cozy spot in the hill country with the convenience of staying only 15 mins from Main Street in Fredericksburg. **Guests are permitted to walk the road starting at the cattle guard entrance and ending at The Lagniappe Lodge. (The LL has a big rock sign out front.) Do not walk past the Lagniappe Lodge.**
