The self contained building boasts, a double (UK standard) bedroom, shower room and kitchen/diner/sitting area. Large patio doors lead out to the decked area in the garden. 35 miles north of Highland capital Inverness.

The country gardens are a real feature of the cottage, attracting many species, including goldfinch, curlews, oyster catchers, osprey and red kite are seen close by. Surrounded by nature. The perfect stop for those interested in walking, cycling or wildlife. This quiet and tranquil cottage is surrounded by magnificent scenery and wide-open spaces. In Sutherland you can enjoy fantastic beaches, distilleries, castles, golf courses, and much more.

On the edge of the historic town of Dornoch, Ash Mill is a modern energy efficient house perfect for families and golfers.
