The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

The Acorn has it's own separate entrance and is fully furnished with a king size bed, TV, table and 2 chairs, small kitchen area equipped with a fridge, toaster, microwave oven and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk, fruit and cereal is provided on arrival. Spacious bathroom with a large shower, basin and toilet. Parking for one car. Free Wifi.

Guest annex in a quiet village close to Cambridge

Detached guest flat located in Toft, a quiet village 7 miles or 11 Km - 20 mins by car - from Cambridge city centre. Best suited for two adults on the comfortable double bed and up to two children on the bunk beds. It has an en-suite shower room as well as a mini fridge. We do not serve breakfast but coffee and tea and a few more essentials such as milk, bread, butter, jams orange juice and cereals are provided on arrival. The village is surrounded by open countryside.

Self contained barn conversion in rural village

Renovated, rural detached barn conversion, in the grounds of the existing owners' cottage, 25 minutes from Cambridge. The barn has its own central heating, double bedroom, bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and private patio area. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk. Perfect for a couple wanting a rural getaway or anyone working away from home. CLEANING A vigorous and enhanced cleaning program is undertaken between bookings.

The Lodge, Bourn, near Cambridge

A detached guesthouse located in a quiet and scenic village 9 miles outside of Cambridge. It is quiet and has lots of privacy from the road. The lodge is spacious and you will have access to some of the large garden and field on the property. A great location for venturing into Cambridge or travelling to London. A quiet rural escape. Our place is pet friendly! Although please let us know if you are bringing more than 1 pet - extra charges apply.

The Bull Pen - Barn conversion 3 Ensuite bedrooms

The Bull Pen is 8 miles west of Cambridge, in the Cambridgeshire village of Bourn. It is a comfortable and peaceful place with open space indoors and outside for friends and families to enjoy. All the rooms look across traditional pasture with arable fields beyond. It is ideal for a holiday combining 'time in' the city and 'time-out' of the city! Traveling into Cambridge is easy; there is a Park&Ride bus station just 10 minutes drive away.

The Old Dairy - a quiet countryside retreat

Relaxation in a quiet rural retreat. Take your morning coffee on the patio watching the sun rise over the fields with your only neighbours - the birds and the sheep. Outside there are country walks directly from the house, no driving required In the garden are recliner chairs, large dining table with umbrella and portable BBQ. In the colder weather snuggle up in front of the wood burner with a book, board games or the TV.
