Peaceful, relaxed home just miles to Iroquois Park, the airport, Churchill Downs, U of L and St. James. Downtown, Germantown & the Highlands are less than 15 minutes away, while Frankfort Ave. and the riverfront are about 20ish. Registered guests are invited to share my living room, kitchen/dining room, fenced in backyard with a firepit available and grill. I am always happy to share info about local restaurants and things to do, but will do my best to be "invisible" unless you need me.

You will enjoy a private room with a queen bed, a small private bath and my game room with pool table, dart board, games a large tv, an electric fireplace. and a bonus full bed. We are 5 blocks from Iroquois Park and just 2.3 miles to Churchill Downs and University of Louisville. I have kayaks you may rent as well as a bike to rent.
