The apartment is on the ground floor, is 54 square meters and consists of a kitchen, equipped with all accessories such as dishwasher and oven, bathroom with washing machine and 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds. It has a large veranda for dining with a sea view and a small garden with deck chairs and umbrella. It is new and was completed in June 2018.
