The Coach House is a cosy attic retreat above the old stables. Up the slate steps and through the traditional wooden door to find exposed oak beams, a king-size bed, kitchenette, dining area and shower room. The perfect base for a peaceful stay before exploring Exmoor and the beautiful North Devon coast. Meadow cottage is a lovely two bedroom self catering holiday cottage located in the country side of Ilfracombe in North Devon. This lovely new built holiday home is a great base for a short break or a longer holiday, whilst exploring some beautiful lovely beaches and exquisite costal walks and views. Award winning beach (Woolacombe sands) , is only a seven minute drive away. Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a costal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. Pets will be considered.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

The Coach House

LOXHORE, a village and a parish near Barnstaple, North Devon. The village stands on a hill, amid beautiful scenery, 5¼ miles from the main town of Barnstaple. The Coach House is in the grounds of The Old Rectory, it enjoys open views across the Devon countryside and is only a short walk to the entrance to Deer Park Woods, part of the Arlington Court Estate. It must be noted that Loxhore is around 3.6 miles to the nearest pub. The fabulous north Devon beaches are a short drive away.

Totally separate accommodation comprising of a double bedroom with it's own bathroom and a breakfast room which enjoys views across the valley. In the breakfast room you will find a kettle with complementary drinks, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits,and cereal.When staying longer a few other treats will be provided. Cooking facilities are toaster, air fryer, a microwave with a bacon crisper and an egg boiler. Access to your private accommodation is via a entrance from the shared balcony.
