It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

La villa in pietra è isolata e immersa nel verde dei boschi. Qua troverete pace, privacy, silenzio e natura incontaminata. Questo è il luogo ideale per una vacanza di riposo. La villa è stata costruita nella metà del 1800 dal mio bisnonno. Poi nel corso degli anni è stata restaurata, migliorata, mantenendo sempre il classico stile toscano. Ci troviamo tra la Val d'Orcia, il Monte Amiata e il mare. Ci troviamo a 870m s.l.m. La villa dista circa 15 minuti di macchina da Arcidosso.

Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer gepflegten Schotterstraße in Einzellage. Man kann in absoluter Ruhelage Haus, Garten und Pool alleine nützen und genießt eine einzigartige Privatsphäre. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art.
