Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Lovely Oare hideaway

A lovely cosy hideaway, with direct access to Exmoor, the Doone Valley and beyond! The cottage has many original features, including a wood-burner and rustic beams - and maintains its character (refurbished in 2020). Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two good Pubs, The Staghunters Inn & The Rockford Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine f

North Devon Coast - Unspoilt Exmoor

Swallows' Rest, on Exmoor's stunning North Devon Coast, offers spacious accommodation in one of Exmoor's most beautiful locations. It is ideal for families and friends. The 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are spread over 3 floors, giving everyone space to relax. Three bedrooms have king-sized beds, and the fourth is a triple room with three single beds. There are two sitting rooms (ideal for groups with children or teens) and WiFi throughout.

Heron’s Rest. Waterside cottage on Exmoor.

Heron’s Rest sits directly on the banks of the East Lyn river in the small hamlet of Rockford. The cottage is directly opposite the 17th century Rockford Inn, a characterful Exmoor pub/hotel. In normal circumstances the Inn is open for lunchtime and evening meals, but in low season opening times do vary. One mile up the river is another fine Exmoor Inn, The Staghunters. The cottage has direct access on to The Coleridge Way, and many other footpaths.

Dashel Cottage, Countisbury

Dashel Cottage is a newly converted detached property on an Exmoor hill farm, sleeping up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room (no bath). There is one king-sized double bedroom downstairs, plus a large twin room (including a cot) and a further king-sized double upstairs, both also en-suite. A stair gate is provided, along with a high chair, making the cottage well suited to families.
