Our 103m² villa is located in the exclusive Santa Rosalía Resort in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. Here you can enjoy its crystal-clear lake, spacious sports and leisure areas, and peaceful gardens that are ideal for strolling, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a delicious meal. It is just 4 kilometers from the sea and the coastal area of Los Alcázares.

Casa Maruja is a boutique designer home in a historic thermal town. The interior has been carefully created so that the experience is much more than “just a place to sleep”: soft lines, thoughtful lighting and warm materials invite you to slow down from the moment you walk in. It’s not a “basic” house nor an unattainable luxury: it sits in that sought-after sweet spot where guests feel they’re treating themselves, while still being accessible for weekend getaways and medium-length stays.

There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite with plenty of wardrobe space and a flat screen TV with full UK TV package. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom next to the main bathroom.
