Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, fritezom na vrući zrak, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Villa Dunja smještena je na mirnoj lokaciji s privatnim bazenom u blizini Pule . Ovaj lijepi smještaj može primiti do 8 osoba i udaljen je 10km od mora. Pješice možete doći do restorana ,marketa i caffe bara. Vila se prostire na više od 500m2 okućnice i 130 m2 kuće.
