Consta de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños .Dispone de gran terraza con vistas al jardín, porches, chimeneas, barbacoa, aire acondicionado y calefacción…Muy amplio y cómodo. Zona tranquila a 7km del centro de Palma, aeropuerto y playas. Supermercados a 1km. Ideal para descansar, excursiones por la isla, ciclismo etc...Nos encantan las mascotas, así que tráetela ;-)

Nur für Erwachsene Kleines Gästehaus / Casita für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

The main level comprises a spacious and nicely decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with "en-suite" bathroom and wardrobe, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The lower floor features two big bedrooms, one with "en-suite" bathroom and the other one with a walk-in closet 2 beds and a sofa bed (for 2).
