Bay Tree Cottage is a delightful, cosy & private retreat, centrally located with easy access by road or train (M1, M6, A14). You have the entire cottage to yourself with private off road parking for 3 cars with EV charger & private front & rear gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area & Utility room. Living room with 60" TV, Sky, DVD & log burner. Bathroom with shower. 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 50"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Dassett Cabin - retreat, relax, romance, rewild

Oak Den barn is tucked away in peaceful countryside, surrounded by fields, It backs onto a small wooded area, also home to our two treehouse cabins. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Market Harborough, you’ll find local pubs, farm shops, and country trails right on your doorstep. Oak Den is part of three lodgings within Barntrees Retreat. Greylag Cabin at Marston Lodge

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).

Tanser's Barn is COMPLETELY OFF-GRID AND CARBON NEUTRAL, it produces all its own electricity so you still get all the luxury's of Smart TV, WIFI, and coffee machine. Our Cosy Cottage of Hearts! If you need a place to come and totally chill out then this is the place, Haselbech is a peaceful village where you can walk, cycle and explore all day long! OR snuggle up and do nothing but read a good book, cook nice food and relax. We live only 10 minutes away and will help with anything we can! Good pubs are not far away and there is so much to do in the area.
