The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

The house is detached and situated in a wonderful hilltop position surrounded by the hills and valley of the florentine countryside Around the house a large (more that 4.000 sqm) fenced shared garden with pool , parking area, barbecue, ping pong table. The house is at 7 km from Empoli train station and is reached only via a private quiet steep uphill road for this reason we highly recommend to have your own car.

Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.
