It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

Charming Blanco Riverfront Cottage

Little House on the Blanco @ Shade Ranch is a one bedroom one bath stone house on 40 acres nestled along the Blanco River among the mighty oaks of the TX Hill Country. The house is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, linens and paper products and soap. The house is set up for a couple or a small family of no more than 4 people. We ask that no more than 3 adults stay given space and septic constraints.

Cozy romantic cottage on a gently sloping yard on the beautiful Blanco River. View the stars in the amazing hot tub. There is an outdoor shower that I am improving upon regularly. Turkey and deer are frequent guests to the back yard. Sleep to the sounds of the river flowing by. Smart TV, full kitchen, charcoal grill, outside dining table and also visiting chairs....enjoy!
