Surfside's pet friendly beach access/parking and North Shore Community Park is 1 block away with tennis/ pickle ball courts, playground and dog park.

Miniature golf, ice cream and surf shops just as close. Beach front balcony has seating for 12, lower deck has seating for 10, and the main dinning room and kitchen have seating for 14. This house was built to entertain. April-August is typically Saturday to Saturday.
