The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

Baita Cavecia is located in a very quiet location from which there is a magnificent view of the entire Valle dei Mocheni or Enchanted Valley, a small, beautiful valley of Trentino in the heart of the Alps. The house is located at 1243 m above sea level in a typical farmhouse, surrounded by nature, a 10-minute drive from the village of S.Orsola Terme and about 24 km from the city of Trento. The dwelling is very cozy with wooden floors, doors and furniture. It's a place where one feels at peace.

Ogni stanza è un rifugio: il letto del soppalco profuma di larice la luce soffusa crea un’atmosfera intima e raccolta.

Baita rustica di montagna recentemente ristrutturata che offre una splendida vista sulla vallata e mette a disposizione un ampio giardino ideale per rilassarsi a contatto con la natura. Ottimo punto di partenza per passeggiate in montagna, escursioni, sciate.. In macchina si raggiunge il paese di Canal San Bovo in 5 min., Fiera di Primiero in 15 min. circa. Da precisare che gli ultimi cento metri per raggiungere la baita sono di strada sterrata e ghiaiosa. Accettiamo cani di piccola taglia.

Baita tipica della Valle dei Mocheni, chiamata anche Valle incantata per i suoi splendidi paesaggi, immersa nel verde, ubicata in un punto strategico dal quale si possono ammirare le montagne che la circondano, ideale per gli amanti della natura, inoltre si presta a tranquilli soggiorni familiari e di coppia. La struttura è situata in una posizione dominante rispetto al centro del paese. Punto di partenza per suggestive passeggiate sia d'estate che d'inverno con ciaspole o sci da alpinismo.

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.

Nostalgie di un tempo nelle Dolomiti

Lo chalet ( chiuso nel periodo invernale) si trova nel piccolo borgo di Falesina ad una altitudine di 984 m, 10 minuti da Pergine (centro principale dell' Alta Valsugana) 25 minuti da Trento e zona laghi. Nonostante la vicinanza ai principali centri è un luogo che rievoca atmosfere d' altri tempi quando la frenesia era ancora sconosciuta All' interno della struttura troverete un ambiente unico che ben si adatta al posto dove sorprendersi e sorprendere.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
