Within 30 minute access of OH Ivie lake, Eden, Ballinger, San Angelo, and only an hour away from Brady or Abilene. This three bedroom two bath house can easily sleep up to 10 people. The price listed is for two people or one bedroom. There is additional charge for any additional beds used. Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

All amenities are available to make your stay as close to home as possible!

1886 De-constructed: This unique 2-1 apartment is spread across the entire 2nd floor of a historic downtown Ballinger building. Recently remodeled from 1950's era offices into a beautiful living space boasting 14' ceilings, gorgeous original windows, and over 3k sqft of living space. The stone and shiplap walls have been uncovered and are on full display after being hidden for over 130 yrs. A variety of locally owned boutiques, antique stores, and restaurants are just steps away.

This newly renovated house has a great location in downtown Menard. It’s a full house rental and only minutes away from restaurants, a city park with a running trail, and the biggest grocery store in town. This home has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, and central air/heat. All three beds have firm mattresses. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.
