We live upstairs with our two kids, so you'll hear activity at various times throughout the day, but it's not constant. We try to be mindful of our volume and hope you enjoy your stay! Bikes are included upon request! We also have electric bikes available at $40/day. ~30 mile charge, 20 MPH.
