Located in a country neighborhood setting, this home is minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and downtown. It is also close to Lake Monroe, Lake Lemon, Griffy Lake and Brown County for those nature lovers. Come make this your "Home Away" for work, an outdoor adventure, an IU game or to visit IU. The house can be rented as the whole unit that sleeps 12 OR just the Main House which sleeps 7. Please note: The Main House rental is a TOWNHOME unit. Dock slip not available with vacation rental.
