Camera degli ospiti è molto accogliente, con delle lucette, telo trasparente, specchi su muri e la porta scorrevole senza la serratura!! E lontana dalle altre stanze perciò rimane isolata, attaccata alla sala da pranzo ,cucina e alla porta verso il giardino,posto rilassante,letto matrimoniale e divano a triangolo, dove può dormire un bambino o una persona non molto alta. Se la finestra rimane chiusa non si sente il rumore del aereo. Ci sono cani molto simpatici e amichevoli : lab e sei carlini

Wood Cottage

The Cottage is made of both wood and traditional cement with stucco siding. It is tucked into the wood by the stream at the end of the property. It features a large central room with exposed beams, working wood-burning fireplace, ample living area, galley kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and one bath with a shower. The wooden fence delimits the area for exclusive use. Then there is the garden of over two hectares with the natural swimming pool available to our guests. We have two dogs.

Nell accogliente chalet, indipendente, immerso nel verde, potrai apprezzare il relax e la tranquillità di un ambiente familiare e sereno. A 15 minuti dal mare, a 30 minuti di auto dal centro di Roma, a 20 minuti dall' aeroporto di Fiumicino. Supermercati, negozi, bar, ottimi ristoranti e grande parco attrezzato nelle vicinanze, a pochi metri centro sportivo con piscina e spa. Io e la mia famiglia abitiamo vicino ma la casa è totalmente indipendente. Il check in è possibile dopo le ore 16.

On both sides, the front and the back of the house guests find a covered terrace.
