Situata a soli 5 minuti in auto da San Damiano e 20 minuti da Asti e Alba, combina tranquillità e accesso ai servizi. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, offre 6 posti letto: due camere con bagno privato e un divano letto con bagno di appoggio. La cucina attrezzata e la terrazza privata sono ideali per momenti familiari. Viviamo accanto e siamo sempre disponibili per garantire un soggiorno confortevole e sereno.

The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
