IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

After 13 wonderful years of hosting on Airbnb, the time has come to close this incredible chapter and embrace the next. These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Il Castello di Ferrano offers to its hosts the chance of living an unforgettable experience: you will be the only guests in the castle, and everything will be for you (private pool from June to September, gardens etc..). Historical building, surrounded by nature, finely decorated, frescoes/moulding on the ceiling, ample terrace w/ stone and terracotta floor, private outdoor pool.. Good position. The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
