Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house nestled in the heart of many lakes,bike trails and snowmobile trails. Ideal for both business and leisure travelers. We have a full kitchen and a living room with a television to catch all your favorite shows. We also have a sitting room with no television to relax in. We have high speed wi-fi available throughout the property. We have an office area available for those that need to do a little work while staying at our house.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Two Bedroom on Sixth: Downtown Brainerd

Two Bedroom on Sixth St. is a comfortable and private upstairs apartment in a house with 3 other units. The two-bedroom apartment has its own outside entrance in the front of the house which leads right into the space you will be staying. There are 2 long term renters, and another studio Airbnb upstairs (Studio on Sixth). The backyard has one available space for guests to park. * Car noise possible in relation to being downtown on the main road, but less so upstairs.

Driveway is able to fit 2 trucks with trailers. The view of the sunset is amazing at this location. This property is unique as it was the former Busbey's store that sold groceries, gas, and supplies. It operated from the 1930's till the mid 1980's. Enjoy!
