We have 2 homes ready for your stay, with plenty of room for your large group. The property will serve all your horse needs with (10) 14x20 covered horse pens with hay storage, (2) 30x30 pens, and a large arena. Fully equipped kitchen and includes linens, towels and we also have a fully equipped coffee station. We have 3 queen beds,queen air mattress and couch for sleeping arrangements. Sits atop a hill with great Mountain View’s. Relax to the large patio either for chatting with family and friends, dinning or playing a game of corn hole! We do have a CAMERA set up by our garage.

Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.
