Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. The Ferns - Modern Apartment With Parking & Garden

Newly decorated for 2026, The Ferns is a bright, ground floor self catering apartment in the heart of the Irvine Valley. Featuring an open living plan area with fully equipped kitchen and tv with Roku stick, a large double bedroom with reading nook and dedicated workspace area, a laundry room with washing machine and spin dryer, a bright, fresh bathroom with new modern electric shower and a rear garden that's shared with the upstairs apartment. Off street parking for one car is also available.

Timber Valley Pods

Timber Valley Pods with private hot tubs offer a peaceful countryside escape with stunning views – you can even spot the Isle of Arran on clear days. Our fully insulated and heated glamping pods are perfect year-round. Each pod sleeps two, featuring a comfy double bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette, and complimentary tea and coffee. A sofa bed is available on request (please let us know when booking). Private parking and your own hot tub are included – relax or explore at your own pace!

The pod comes with a king size bed and a sofa bed also a kitchenette with hob, oven,fridge, microwave and all the kitchen essentials We also have WiFi with Netflix included.

All exclusive use. This one-of-a-kind Airstream conversion is bright, quirky & cozy with wood stove, king bed, sofa bed, plumbed wetroom, full kitchen + even doorbell! Retro made perfect.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

Cottage on an Ayrshire Farm

Recently renovated bungalow on a working farm near Gatehead Village in Ayrshire. It sleeps 4 people over 2 bedrooms. One with a King sized bed and en-suite and the other a twin room with two 'small double' beds. The cottage is a 500m walk to the fantastic Cochrane restaurant and bar where you will not be disappointed by the local sourced menu. We are a busy working farm here at New Bogside and tours are available. Dogs welcome but additional fees apply.

Greendale Cottage

This traditional, detached, single-storey cottage is located on a quiet country lane with stunning views over open countryside to the Isle of Arran. Situated only a short drive from Glasgow with its museums, gardens, art galleries, superb shopping, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife. This is one of Scotland’s most picturesque areas with excellent outdoor activities to be enjoyed including walking, cycling, golf, fishing, pony trekking and water sports.
