It's in an ideal location, close to nearby to beaches, wineries and great eateries that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.

We have now added a sun deck for sun baking, a heated spa which can be used all year round and a heated swim spa for the Spring and Summer months.

Sunny and warm, the open plan living, kitchen & dining overlook the garden on one side and on the other, the pool & a slice of Port Philip bay.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
