Location Location Location! 3 bedroom family home with brand new salt water heated swiming pool between 27 and 30 degrees! 2 min walk to Bayfair Shopping centre - shopping, food, movies, baywave swimming pools, mini putt and a driving range. 5 min drive to Spectacular Mount Maunganui Beaches and city centre, Airport, Omanu golf course and Bay Park Stadium. Ample parking. Wifi Easy access straight off Highway (there is traffic noise). Large back yard perfect for kids and even a trampoline.

A spacious one bedroom unit/apart, with full kitchen, centrally located for easy access to Palm Beach Plaza/Fashion Island, Papamoa Beach, Bayfair and the motorway. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and up driveway for privacy. Large bedroom with SK bed and separate open plan lounge/kitchen, bathroom(shower only) and laundry. Fenced outdoor area with own patio. Parking on property for one vehicle plus street parking. Note* there is another unit on property so the driveway is shared.

Our home is close to the beach (4 min walk), supermarket, pub, licenced cafe, Bayfair Shopping Centre (2km). You’ll love our place - it's a light and airy, modern 3 bedroom home in quiet street just minutes walk from the beach. Sunny and modern with outdoor seating, BBQ and Spa pool. Our property joins a wide open grass area with trampoline and temporary swimming pool. Our home is good for couples and families (with kids). Due to the proximity of neighbours, it is not suitable for groups.

Charming, sustainable stay in rural Tauranga, NZ

In the heart of Tauranga's peaceful countryside lies this classic lockwood one bedroom cottage. Kereru cottage is located adjacent but completely separate to our family home on a 1.75ha property. Ask to feed the sheep and the chickens with us or take a tour of our organic vege garden and home fruit orchard. We’re pleased to now be providing locally sourced milk and our own organic eggs. They both pair beautifully with bread , muesli and a hot coffee from our coffee machine for your breakfast.

You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & TV (Netflix), fabulous bathroom with free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers & business travellers. Space also benefits from a lovely north facing garden & deck area with BBQ all perfect for alfresco dinning.
