Wonderful and renovated apartment, perfectly equipped and with a maximum capacity of 6 people, located in a beautiful square in the Salamanca district, next to Goya street and the WeZink Center. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with an elevator, The apartment is very bright as it is totally exterior. The living room has a sofa, TV, and dining area The kitchen is perfectly equipped and has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, ... The main bedroom is very spacious and has a 150x190cm bed, a dressing room and a magnificent en-suite bathroom with a shower. Then there are two other bedrooms with a double bed each and there is another full bathroom with a bathtub. Minty Stay is the company that manages the apartment and will take care of the guests' assistance during their stay in this serviced apartment. Upon consultation, the services offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space in the vicinity and transfer service from / to the airport or train station. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
