You will also be just a quick drive to Middle Tennessee State University, Greenway walking trail, other parks, the Avenue(shopping area), variety of restaurant options, 10 min to interstate, 40 min to BNA, and around 45 min to downtown Nashville.

It sits on 3.8 acres with multiple barns and sheds, remnants of a simpler way of life as a farm. Many large hardwood and cedar trees on the property. No pets, or parties.
