The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Midtown Bungalow: Near UNCW, Beach, Golf+ Downtown

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located bungalow! The perfect place to recharge or explore the great Wilmington Area! 0.65 miles from the Wilmington Municipal Golf Course, 7 minutes from UNCW, 15 minutes to Carolina Beach, 10 to Wrightsville Beach and Downtown with Long Leaf Park in your backyard! Take a leisurely stroll in the park with a tasty cup of local coffee while you plan your day in sunny Wilmington. End your day at the neighborhood bar, just a 10 minute walk away!

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

2BR cottage near downtown • curated & comfortable

Fair warning—your house might get jealous. The Side Piece Cottage is a cozy vintage 2BR Wilmington retreat for concert weekends, beach days, downtown nights, and remote work. Enjoy a fenced yard, cozy side porch, fast Spectrum WiFi with backup protection, premium bedding, stocked kitchen, snacks, toiletries, and fun games. Walk to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, drive 10 minutes to downtown, or reach Wrightsville and Carolina Beach in about 20 minutes.

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.
