The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. You’ll have your own Studio Apartment -Seperate Entrance and access the the entire space outside with a lovely garden -Outdoor Shower -Fire Pit -Parking right outside the entrance -Cape Cod Bike Trail access down our road -1 mile ride to spend the day at Nauset Light Beach! -There’s a BBQ grill, 2 burner electric stove top, air fryer and microwave to make dinner! Due to my dog on my property I am unable to host people with support dogs/ADA service dogs.

The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.
