Villa de Paz is located within walking distance of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, known for its phenomenal hiking trails. Or, you can lay at the pool during the day and sit around the fire pit in the evening. Many restaurants are nearby or within minutes, you can drive to Scottsdale for shopping and entertainment.

I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!

Walk to the Buffalo Chip, at the base of Black Mountain with 2 1/2 acres, sitting on a seasonal wash, wildlife is very abundant here. You can hear the music from town in the backyard. Enjoy the firepit, brand new jacuzzi and the stars, the sunsets are outstanding and if you like photography this is the place! Please note there are steps in this home. The entire home is built into the boulders. Third bedroom can be arranged. It’s currently a gym.
