This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. There is an air conditioner and heaters. Electric blankets are on the beds in winter. The unit is cleaned by the owner and all recommended Covid-19 protocols are observed.
