In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Guests can walk everywhere from Thames St, Bellevue Ave, Mansions, Cliff Walk, & 1st Beach. This is the perfect place to enjoy all that Newport has to offer.

Downtown Suite I - Newport

Stay in the Heart of Downtown Newport Enjoy an unbeatable downtown location—just steps from restaurants, shops, and top attractions. Everything is within walking distance, making it perfect for guests who want to be in the center of it all. Because of this prime location, there can be some street noise at night, especially on weekends and during busy seasons. If you’re a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind—but for many guests, it’s all part of the vibrant downtown experience.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Clean & Bright historic cottage located in one of Newport's oldest and most diverse neighborhoods. True to its original nature it's a mixed commercial and residential neighborhood with restaurants, nightspots, coffee shops, yoga studios and more. This neighborhood is not fully gentrified; it's a neighborhood and not a luxury location. A mix of apartments, Airbnbs, homes being renovated and long term Newport working class residents, changing from one house to the next.

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
