Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Kuhinja, blagavaona i dnevni prostor se nalaze u jednoj prostoriji. Krevet je veličine 160x200. Pored studia se nalazi i 1 soba za 2 do 3 osobe( soba Mara 3 ),tako da postoji mogućnost kombinacije ako dolazi više osoba. Soba se iznajmljuje zasebno. Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.

Sastoji se od balkona sa kojeg se prostire djelomični pogled na more, 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka koji je smješten u istom prostoru s kuhinjom i blagavaonicom, kupaonice s Wc-om i tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena posuđem, električnim štednjakom, hladnjakom s 1 ladicom za zamrzavanje, aparatom za kavu. Opremljenost apartmana satelitskom Tv, klima uređajem, Wi-Fi.

It is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.

Secret camping spot in the forest area close to the beautiful beach of Makneli. You can choose between different spots and find one that suits you the best. This camping area is in the nature and has no electricity but we do offer clean water and composting toilet. Camping area has a lot of shade and beach is just couple of minutes from the camp.
