This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

The General Arthur

A lovely lofted Airbnb in the heart of Downtown Norman. Lots of original charm and updated amenities come together in this urban space. Walking distance to local food, breweries, coffee shops & entertainment and less than a mile from the University of Oklahoma. The space has a hand painted sign dating back to the late 1800's on the wall, original hardwood floors & great view of downtown. Unique private guest suite comprising the entire 950 sq. ft. of the whole upstairs of the home with its own private entrance. Come and go as you please. There is an area off the dining area with a double daybed which can be sealed off with the sliding closet doors. The suite features your own central heat and air units.
