We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

The upstairs is cape cod style and does have lower head space. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin trundle bed. Living room has a queen size Murphy bed (white cabinet under the TV). This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
