We only rent to families and guests who are 28 and older. Newly renovated open floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen w quartz countertops, 3 high back barstools & dining room table w 5 chairs. Living room with flat screen TV and faux fireplace. Master bdrm w queen bed & private bath w walk in shower. Two more spacious bdrms & full bath. Sleeps 6 adults + toddler bed. Enjoy the private deck & convenience of parking in the 1 car garage. Beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, & umbrella provided.

Our corner home is a plus, more private! As a super host (read reviews before booking) we make sure you get more. Nine years later I learned what guests want, it’s a clean house & comfortable home. All our mattresses are high quality, we also offer all cotton linens, towels & washcloths for no extra fee. We have 5 annual beach tags (upon request) if you like to borrow (please don’t loose, or they are $40 each. House is stocked with cleaning supplies, toiletries & garbage bags. One dog welcome!

Baybreeze bungalow by the bay, is just blocks from the beautiful Cape May sunsets and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. The entire bungalow is your home during your stay. It is a short walking distance to the beach and a close drive or bike-ride to the center of Cape May. This lux bungalow sleeps 2 comfortably and is great for adult getaways. All amenities for a great, worry-free, and relaxed stay are provided for you. We do not allow dogs/pets in the bungalow. There will be a $100 penalty.

You will fall in love with this cozy and quaint little cottage as soon as you step inside. It is steps from the beach, allowing you to scoot outside at the last minute for the sunset. Outside, you can hear the ocean while you relax on the hammock or enjoy the shade of the large tree in the back yard. Enjoy making smores in the fire pit. Cook up some burgers on the portable grill. Inside, enjoy the newly renovated home. Refurbished original hardwood floors and a new washer and dryer.

(Sleeps 8 total) In ground Salt Water Pool perfect for relaxing all day w/your kids if beach is too much of a chore or having dinner outside. Our yard is fenced in and perfect for your furry friend. Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Great for coming together and socializing

Surf Avenue Cozy Apartment 1

This cozy and private apartment is close to everything in beautiful North Wildwood, especially the beach and boardwalk. Walkable to many cafes, restaurants, stores and the gorgeous seawall, the apartment is on the ground floor, under our family's house, but completely separate. Also, convientley 15-20 minute drive to historic Cape May. *Please be advised that the ceilings are short ( 5 ft 11 ) and might be uncomfortable for anyone who is taller. Guests must be 20 or older to rent.

The cottage is close to the premier birding area of the eastern migratory route , The rural setting is minutes from the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining.Close to the Beach , Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm,Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Meadows and numerous hiking trails. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.

Quiet, charming cottage 90 STEPS TO THE BEACH Cocktails on the upper deck as you watch the sunset then go below to the TIKI BAR for an evening by the firepit. The cottage has become a destination spot for girls weekends. Host bridal luncheons on the deck w/ water views. The cottage is ideal for six but can sleep up to 10.
