Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach.We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.

We are a half a block to main street, two blocks to the harbor and the Martha's vineyard ferries. We are also less than a mile to the ocean.

Welcome to your home away from home in this cozy cottage just 200 yards from the neighborhood beach. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.

This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
