Quiet, attractive well equipped studio in Farnham.

The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Self-contained annexe/games room with parking

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

One bedroom cottage escape

Relax and make yourself at home in our charming 1-bedroom bungalow — the perfect retreat for a restful getaway. Featuring a super king-size bed with White Company bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room with stunning views of the garden. The modern restroom includes a walk-in shower and Rituals toiletries for a luxury experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or take advantage of the hammocks on the pond both with views of the surrounding garden.

Log cabin. Quiet, private, cosy + breakfast

Cosy log cabin with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The residence has its own private front door and is set in a village location with stunning walks and cycling routes. Parking available in the drive and in the summer, outdoor seating available. Village gem of a pub, The Crown & green is 100 yards from the property and it’s a short drive to Ludshott Common, Waggoners Wells and The Devils Punchbowl. 1.5 miles or a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue Cain Manor. Easy access to the A3.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Peacock's Roost - Otium Wine Estate

Stunning luxury barn conversion situated on Otium Wine Estate, a private 80-acre vineyard overlooking the South Downs. The perfect romantic getaway, complete with log burner, roll-top bath, and rainfall shower. This exquisite country escape blends modern luxury with country charm. Lounge in front of the roaring log burner or take in the panoramic views from your private balcony at sunset. When sleep calls, head upstairs to the king-size bedroom for a soak in the roll-top bath.

Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

Beautiful Barn nr Haslemere in a gorgeous setting

The Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park. It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet guests can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes.
