An incredible 2 single-family houses at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountains, just 7 km. from the beach. The village is located close to the Obzor and Byala resorts, but is quiet and peaceful, suitable for families and friends who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surrounding trails and forests offer opportunities for walks and silence. Access to both cities by car is quick, only about 10-12 minutes.

Апартамент Катрин е разположен на 400 метра от плажа, в комплекс Родина 1 (Rodina 1) – Свети Влас. Комплекса е затворен като разполага с открит басейн. Апартаментът се намира на трети етаж, 100м2. С удобно разпределение, състоящ се от просторен хол, две спални с двойни легла, две бани и две тераси. Оборудван с абсолютно всичко необходимо за живеене за удобен престой.
